Shipping Policy

Beaux Jewelry ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped after 3 pm CST, on Sundays, or holidays.

Standard- 3 to 4 business days after processing : $6.90 USD
Economy- 5 to 8 business days after processing: $4.90 USD

For custom orders, please allow 3-5 weeks for shipping. These items are made to order.

*If your order contains both a custom necklace and a pendant necklace, these orders will be shipped separately for the same shipping fee.*

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

All items are shipped via DHL/USPS/UPS. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Beaux Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
